The group company successfully won the bid for the Costco project in Pudong


In late November, the group company successfully won the general contract project of Pudong Costco project, which is the second Costco project invested and constructed by the world retail giant Costco in the mainland of China. The successful winning of the project further expands the market breadth of the group company in the field of foreign investment, and highlights the good reputation, brand advantage and leading strength of Jiangsu Qi'an in the field of foreign investment. The project is located in plot f01-06, pdpo-1402 unit, East District, Kangqiao Industrial Zone, Pudong New Area. Maosheng branch of the group is responsible for the construction. It is mainly to build a large warehouse store and related supporting facilities, with a total construction area of 46860 square meters. As the first public construction general contracting project in Shanghai area of the group company, Shanghai company requires Maosheng branch to attach great importance to the preliminary planning of the project, set up a project management team with rich construction experience, and set high standards and strict requirements to ensure that the project is built into a high-quality project, opening a new chapter for the group company to undertake public construction general contracting projects in Shanghai. Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
