On December 15-16, the national experience exchange meeting on transformation and upgrading of installation enterprises was held in Xi'an, a famous historical and cultural city. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a keynote speech on "knowledge change, knowledge change, self-examination, self-reliance and self-improvement". More than 100 famous construction and installation enterprises including CSCEC, shaanjian and Shangan attended the meeting. Since the 13th five year plan, Jiangsu Qi'an has followed the general tone of "striving for progress while maintaining stability" and achieved sustained and high-quality development. For 11 consecutive years, it has won the first place in the installation category of top 100 construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and has become the only "11th consecutive champion" in Jiangsu Province. It has won extensive social reputation and brand influence, and has respected its industry status.

Yin Weidong first introduced the location advantages of beautiful Qidong and the historical heritage of the architectural hometown represented by Tao Guilin to the colleagues at the conference, and focused on sharing the main experience, action criteria and specific measures of transformation and upgrading of Jiangsu Qi'an in recent years. First, adhere to self-examination and be stable and strong. According to the time and the situation, we should improve the general tone of our work, put forward the idea of "seeking progress in stability and striving for survival in progress", and strive for transformation and upgrading. Second, adhere to self-reliance, be professional and strong. We should make good use of our strengths, enlarge the professional advantages of Electromechanical, foreign capital, petrochemical, medical purification, etc., keep strategic patience, be good at learning, be good at integration, accumulate a lot, strive to develop to a higher and broader field, and seek new growth points and development advantages through EPC and investment +. Third, we should adhere to self-control and strive for excellence and strength. In terms of internal management, focus on projects, strengthen safety and quality, green environmental protection, real name management and talent construction, strengthen risk prevention, and lay a solid foundation for transformation and upgrading.

Chairman Yin Weidong appealed to China. All the installers must mark the occasion of the Xi'an exchange conference and join hands. In response to the general secretary Xi Jinping's call, we should vigorously promote the spirit of contemporary entrepreneurship, learn the feelings of Nantong's Zhang Jian and make joint efforts for the transformation and upgrading of China's installation enterprises.
