On February 20, the group held an exchange and report meeting for Guan Peisheng in the conference room on the 12th floor of the headquarters. Yin Weidong, chairman of the board of directors, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Fan Hongyan, chief economist, presided over the meeting. Human resources department, office and other departments and offices participated in the activity. Guan Peisheng is a beneficial attempt of the group company to innovate the talent training mode. It was launched in 2018. Excellent students were selected from the graduates recruited by the university through multi-dimensional evaluation. Through job rotation, tutor guidance and regular tracking, the management potential and professional characteristics were explored, and the comprehensive quality and professional ability were improved. Yin Weidong, the chairman of the board of directors, sent a message to Guan Peisheng, hoping to cherish the platform built by the company, live up to the company's expectations, accurately recognize himself in work, actively integrate into the Kai'an family, study hard, observe and think well, and develop excellent skills, and learn to take the initiative to appear and seize the opportunity to show their ability. The chairman of the board also encouraged Guan Peisheng to be down-to-earth, devote himself to training, be willing to work and take the initiative to grow into a pillar of the construction of Kai'an as soon as possible. At the exchange meeting, seven guanpeisheng made exchange speeches respectively. Chief economist Fan Hongyan communicated with each guanpeisheng to strengthen their confidence in the development prospect of the enterprise.
