Shanghai Lincang road maintenance project won the bid

On February 18, the group company successfully won the "Lincang Road (Jiangchuan road Jianchuan Road) road overhaul project" in Minhang District, Shanghai. The construction of the project is under the responsibility of the group company. The repair contents include the current road excavation and construction, bridge maintenance across the wanghaitang, rainwater drainage pipe turnover and construction, and corresponding sewage drainage pipe repair and traffic marking repair, etc., with a total construction period of 180 days. This bid is the "opening door" for the group company to participate in municipal construction this year, and also a new chapter integrating into Shanghai municipal construction. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
