On the afternoon of April 27, the May Day celebration meeting of "a new journey of building contributions to the party" held by the Organization Department of Qidong municipal Party committee and the Municipal Federation of trade unions was solemnly held in the studio hall of the municipal financial media center. Song chunjue, vice president of the group company and head of Jinshun branch company, was awarded the title of "model worker and advanced worker of Jiangsu Province" and was invited to attend the celebration meeting. Song chunjue has been engaged in construction for 40 years. He has grown from an electric welder to an excellent enterprise manager. He has led the construction of Qi'an Iron Army in Xinjiang for 25 years and Tibet for 10 years. He ranks first in the installation industry in Xinjiang and Tibet, and has established a good image of Qi'an Iron Army in the frontier. His Jinshun branch has been rated as an advanced enterprise of Jiangsu Province in aid of Xinjiang for many years. His projects have won four Luban awards, two Zhan Tianyou awards and more than 10 Tianshan Cup awards. I have been rated as an advanced individual of Jiangsu provincial government's Northwest office. After winning the prize, song chunjue said: to win such a precious honor as a provincial model worker is entirely due to the training, support and help of the group company, leaders and brother units. This honor not only belongs to himself and Jin Shun, but also to all the people of Qi'an and the powerful group; I will take the noble honor of Jinshun branch as the starting point, continue to take root in the frontier, build a beautiful Xinjiang and Tibet, and contribute more to the sustainable and high-quality development of the group company. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
