On May 19th, Vice President Zhang Wei, Chief economist Fan Hongyan, Chief Engineer Wu Donghui, Safety Director Zhang Yue and others came to Changzhou Hequan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Phase III project to carry out research. Market Development Department, Office and Suzhou Company of the Group participated in the activity. The project is located in Yulong North Road, Xinbei District, Changzhou City. It is the Group's first electromechanical installation project with a single unit exceeding 300 million yuan. The 081 project department of Jinrun Branch is responsible for the implementation of the project. The research team went deep into the C28 workshop to inspect the construction site, and listened to the detailed report of Huang Jian, the project manager, on the construction progress of the project, labor contract, and the arrival of equipment and materials supplied by Party A. Qian Huizhong, the person in charge of 081 project department, communicated with the research group about the difficulties encountered in the project construction process, such as complex installation process, many cross-work, frequent changes in the owner's drawings, less on-site storage yard and so on. The research group affirmed the progress made by the project department in just 50 days, and put forward guidance and suggestions from many aspects, such as creation of excellent and safety, quality and safety, real name management of labor service, "epidemic prevention" management, protection of finished products, etc., and established a WeChat work group to strengthen instant communication, improve work efficiency, and timely solve the difficulties encountered in the project. The research group hopes that the project department can further optimize the organization, carefully construct the project, ensure the project quality and progress, and make Jiangsu Qi 'an brand in WuXi AppTec, so as to lay a solid foundation for the cooperation of follow-up projects. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.
