On June 6, Ren Shousong, President of Yangzhou Construction Industry Association, led the chairman and senior executives of five construction and installation enterprises, including Weiye installation group, Yangjian installation group and Jiang'an group, to the group company for discussion and exchange. Yin Weidong, chairman of the board of directors, briefly introduced the construction output value, newly signed contract and tax contribution of the group company in the first half of the year, dialectically analyzed the relationship between civil engineering and installation engineering, elaborated the optimization and adjustment of the group company's development ideas in recent years, and analyzed the company's current work measures with the theme of "knowledge change, knowledge change, self-examination and self-reliance". The chairman also exchanged the issues of "business contracting mode, company organization and management mode, salary system and incentive mechanism, information construction, EPC general contracting mode" concerned by the participants in combination with the actual situation of the company.
