On June 6, Ren Shousong, President of Yangzhou Construction Industry Association, led the chairman and senior executives of five construction and installation enterprises, including Weiye installation group, Yangjian installation group and Jiang'an group, to the group company for discussion and exchange. Board chairman Yin Weidong, general manager Lu Fei and other company executives warmly received, and leaders of Nantong Construction Industry Association and Qidong Construction Industry Association attended the activity.

Yin Weidong, chairman of the board of directors, briefly introduced the construction output value, newly signed contract and tax contribution of the group company in the first half of the year, dialectically analyzed the relationship between civil engineering and installation engineering, elaborated the optimization and adjustment of the group company's development ideas in recent years, and analyzed the company's current work measures with the theme of "knowledge change, knowledge change, self-examination and self-reliance". The chairman also exchanged the issues of "business contracting mode, company organization and management mode, salary system and incentive mechanism, information construction, EPC general contracting mode" concerned by the participants in combination with the actual situation of the company.

President Ren Shousong highly praised the development achievements and social responsibilities of Jiangsu Qi'an in recent years. He said that the top-level design of the enterprise is perfect, the development idea is clear, and the specific measures keep pace with the times; At the same time, the development mode, ownership structure and regional management of the enterprise are at the leading level in the industry, which is worth learning from the installation enterprises.
