During the investigation and guidance of the company's training work in the early stage, director Xu Liusong hoped that Jiangsu Qi'an would take the lead in exploring the independent identification of enterprise vocational skill level in the local industry; The group company immediately set up a training working group to complete the construction of the training site of the training base after nearly three weeks of full preparation, and has the conditions for the identification of independent vocational skill levels of five types of work, such as maintenance electrician, fitter, masonry worker, reinforcement worker and scaffolder. At the review meeting, the expert group strictly reviewed the company's application materials and conducted on-site evaluation on the training site of the training base. It agreed that Jiangsu Kai'an examination personnel, quality supervisors, site facilities and standard systems fully met the requirements for vocational skill level recognition, and approved to pass the independent vocational skill level recognition evaluation and review.
