From September 9 to 10, Yang Zhongjian, deputy secretary of Qidong municipal Party committee and mayor, led Huang Chen, deputy mayor, Zhang Hailong, director of the municipal government office, Zhu Hailong, director of the Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, and his delegation made a special trip to the Tibet Branch of the group for inspection and guidance.
