From September 9 to 10, Yang Zhongjian, deputy secretary of Qidong municipal Party committee and mayor, led Huang Chen, deputy mayor, Zhang Hailong, director of the municipal government office, Zhu Hailong, director of the Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, and his delegation made a special trip to the Tibet Branch of the group for inspection and guidance. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group, accompanied the inspection.

Despite the lack of oxygen in the plateau, Mayor Yang and his party successively came to Lhasa's three-level government affairs center, Ziyu Mingdu project site, the company's assembly production base, Party member activity center and other places contracted by the group company to listen to the work report of Shen Yan, the person in charge of Kai'an in Tibet. Mayor Yang fully affirmed the gratifying achievements made by Jiangsu Kai'an in the Tibetan market in just nine years, and spoke highly of the positive contributions made by the group company to the construction of Tibet. Mayor Yang said that the municipal Party committee and government will further strengthen their support for enterprises entering Tibet, further create a better political environment for enterprise development and provide better policy services; He hoped that the group company would continue to adhere to the guidance of Party building, achieve high-quality enterprise development with scientific and technological innovation, not forget its original intention, give play to its entrepreneurial spirit, better help the economic and social development of Tibet and remote areas, and establish a good image of Qidong and Jiangsu people in the border areas.
