From October 25 to 27, the group company carried out the first internal senior worker skill recognition in Shanghai, Suzhou and Nanjing. Under the full supervision of Qidong human resources and Social Security Bureau, the company's accreditation team set up three special sessions in Shanghai Baoshan District FANUC intelligent chemical plant project, Suzhou regional company and Wuyue square of Xuyi new town, and completed the accreditation of 318 people by combining theory and practice. Those who pass the assessment will obtain the senior worker's certificate. Vocational skill level training and recognition is an important measure for the group to comprehensively promote the cultivation of skilled talents and carry forward the craftsman spirit. In the next stage, the company will closely follow the professional characteristics of the project, continuously improve the training and evaluation system, and cultivate more and better construction skilled talents for high-quality development. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
