On December 5, the group company sent personnel to participate in the training of Nantong skilled talent evaluation quality supervisors. At present, the subject of evaluation and certification of skilled talents in Nantong has changed from the government to enterprises, colleges, industrial organizations and social subjects. The functional departments of the government decide whether they meet the recognition and evaluation results according to the on-site supervision opinions of various quality supervisors, and then generate the certificate number, incorporate it into talent statistics and enjoy government subsidies. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
