On December 5, the group company sent personnel to participate in the training of Nantong skilled talent evaluation quality supervisors. At present, the subject of evaluation and certification of skilled talents in Nantong has changed from the government to enterprises, colleges, industrial organizations and social subjects. The functional departments of the government decide whether they meet the recognition and evaluation results according to the on-site supervision opinions of various quality supervisors, and then generate the certificate number, incorporate it into talent statistics and enjoy government subsidies. The training explained in detail the examination management, organization process, basic process and main methods of quality supervisors, and required quality supervisors to effectively enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, take the pursuit of objectivity, justice and social recognition as the basic goal, run the quality supervision through the whole process of evaluation activities, and effectively improve the quality of skilled talents evaluation.
