Recently, the group company successively won the bid for large-scale public construction projects in Qidong public resources trading network, and the bid winning amount is gratifying. Among them, jinyinhao branch won the bid for the new campus construction project of Qidong experimental primary school, Jinrun 003 project department won the general contracting (EPC) for the construction of supporting service area in huazi District, Qidong City, and Jinrun 116 project department won the biological drug manufacturing project of East China Institute of life sciences, Peking University. The continuous winning of large-scale public construction projects shows the competitiveness of the group company in Qidong market, accumulates resources for the company's credit assessment in 2021, and accumulates performance for the bidding of public buildings in the future. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
