On the evening of January 28, the Guorui Hall of Guorui Howard Johnson Hotel was decorated and filled with joy. The group company's 2022 Spring Festival party was grandly held here. More than 400 people participated in the comprehensive commendation meeting, including all participants, senior leaders of the city, sun Jianzhong, President of the charity foundation, and leaders of relevant financial units.

At the beginning of the group worship meeting, Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the group company, made a toast. He briefly reviewed the achievements of the group company in 2021 and said that as every Qi'an person, he has reason to be proud of the brilliance achieved in this year. At the group worship meeting, a literary and artistic performance compiled and performed by Qi'an people and presented by the municipal charity foundation were arranged. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
