On the afternoon of February 8, Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, took the time to visit the Qi'an education and training center of Binhai Industrial Park to inspect the skills training and Accreditation of the company's first batch of industrial workers, and took a group photo with the trainees, assessors and expert teachers. So far, the company's first 80 class hour senior electrician training and certification work has been successfully completed in 2022.

This training is the first training since Qi'an obtained the qualification of independent recognition of vocational skills. It adopts the mode of school enterprise cooperation and is conducted online and offline at the same time. It is mainly taught by three teachers including Gu Wei, an electrical expert of Qidong technical secondary school. The course starts from January 26, including basic electrician knowledge, electrician low-voltage components, motor control circuit, machine tool circuit maintenance, PLC practical operation, etc, The content is systematic and practical. During the training, Zhang Yue, the group's safety director, and Lu Jianjian, the manager of the engineering department, also came to the site to exchange and interact with the trainees on the on-site temporary power safety, electrical excellence creation practices and other knowledge. The 78 electrician students from the front line of the company's project cherish the learning platform provided by the company. They can complete both online class hours and on-site training with quality and quantity. They also use lunch break and recess time to discuss and practice, and the learning atmosphere is very strong. Finally, under the strict supervision of the human resources and Social Security Bureau, the trainees completed the theoretical examination, the forward and reverse analog programming of PLC motor and the maintenance of motor control circuit in turn.

Fan Hongyan, the chief economist of the group company and the general person in charge of the training center, expressed satisfaction with the learning status of the students in this period, and hoped that the students would maintain a realistic and pragmatic spirit in their daily work and contribute to the strength of "Qi'an craftsman" to continuously build high-quality projects.
