On February 14, the fourth shareholders' meeting of the third session of the group company was successfully held in the conference room on the third floor of Qidong global building. More than 80 people, including shareholders of the company, personnel above the deputy head of the headquarters, managers, deputy managers of regional companies and heads of branches, attended. Zhang Jian, executive deputy general manager of the group company, presided over the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the group company, delivered a work report entitled "moving forward with heavy load, striving for sustainable development, steady progress and consolidating the foundation of 10 billion yuan" on behalf of the board of directors. The report comprehensively reviews the course of overcoming difficulties and making courageous efforts of the group company in the past year. Whether it is business performance, brand influence, enterprise management, excellence and safety creation and Party building culture, it has handed over a rare and valuable report card to boost popularity.

We should strictly control the source, labor subcontracting, cost, capital, legal affairs and war "epidemic", and fundamentally continue to consolidate the foundation of management; We should comply with the trend of the industry, strengthen the cultivation of industrial workers, strengthen talent construction, guide excellence projects, and shape Qi'an's ingenuity. The chairman also stressed the need to further enhance the primary responsibility of the project leader, implement the main responsibility of the person in charge of the branch, improve the management responsibility of the company in the headquarters area, improve the political quality of the enterprise, enrich the connotation of the corporate culture and enhance the social image of Qi'an.
At the meeting, fan Hongyan, chairman of the board of supervisors, and Yu Chengjian, chief accountant, successively delivered the work report and financial work report of the board of supervisors. The meeting unanimously voted on the above three reports, and Lu Fei, general manager, read out the resolution of passing the "three reports". Song Hongliang, deputy general manager of the group company, fan Hongyan, chief economist, Wu Donghui, chief engineer, Zhang Yue, safety director, made work exchanges respectively. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
