On the afternoon of March 23, Yan Jinhai, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, chairman of the autonomous region and Secretary of the Lhasa municipal Party committee, led Ren Wei, member of the Standing Committee and executive vice chairman of the Party committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region, and Guo Guo, deputy Secretary of the Lhasa municipal Party committee and mayor of Lhasa, to inspect the group's Tibet Kai'an company. Shen Yan, deputy general manager of the company and head of the Tibet region, accompanied the inspection. Chairman Yan Jinhai and his party successively visited the project exhibition area, honor area and assembly production workshop of Tibet Kai'an company. Shen Yan introduced in detail the work done by Tibet Kai'an in border defense construction, people's livelihood projects, Party construction and joint construction and Tibetan employment in recent years. Chairman Yan Jinhai fully affirmed the achievements of Jiangsu Kai'an in its ten years of rooting in Tibet, and hoped that Tibet Kai'an company would not forget its original intention, continue to carry forward the spirit of "lack of oxygen and fighting spirit", give full play to its enterprise advantages, practice its corporate responsibility, and make more updated contributions to the construction of a socialist modern new Tibet. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
