On June 8, a good news came from Nantong human resources and Social Security Bureau: Nantong leading group for professional and technical personnel title (occupation) qualification issued a written reply, agreeing to establish "Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. intermediate professional and technical qualification review committee for construction projects", which marks that the group has successfully obtained the "qualification for independent evaluation of intermediate professional titles of construction projects".

The group was successfully approved to establish the "intermediate professional and technical qualification review committee for construction engineering of Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd." which is conducive to giving full play to the guiding role of Professional Title Review, further strengthening the construction of professional and technical talents of the group, and continuously promoting the high-quality development of the group. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
