The Group was approved to become the "Nantong High skilled Talent Training Base"

On September 23, Nantong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the review results of Nantong High skilled Talents Training Base in 2022, and the Group Company was approved as the "Nantong High skilled Talents Training Base", which is the first unit among Qidong construction and installation enterprises to be approved as the training base.

Jiangsu Qi'an Education and Training Base was founded in 2012, which is the earliest base in Qidong's construction industry. Since its establishment, the company has attached great importance to professional training and craftmanship building, actively carried out skill training and assessment in combination with the specialty of enterprise installation, and formed the fine tradition of "practice before work" and "examination before entering". The number of highly skilled talents, first and second class constructors, etc. of the company is outstanding among similar enterprises. In the future, the company will further expand the "incubation" advantages of the base, increase the creation of ingenuity, and strive to contribute more to the cultivation of high skilled talents in the new era.
