The Group went to Shandong to guide project management

On October 11, the main principals of all lines of the Group Company rushed to Jinan, Shandong Province, to carry out pre construction work disclosure and management services for the newly awarded Fengshu International Food Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project.

The contract amount of the project is more than 300 million yuan, with a total building area of 124000 m2. The construction content includes two new packaging workshops and supporting facilities, a low-temperature and processing workshop, a five story shift building and supporting outdoor hardening and green space. The 012 Zhang Zheyuan Project Department of Jinrun Branch is responsible for the construction. The project plans to complete the foundation dynamic compaction, engineering piles, enclosure foundation and permanent road construction by the end of the year. The foundation construction will be completed in June next year, the main building will be capped in September, and the project will be completed and delivered after the 2024 Spring Festival.

At the exchange meeting, Song Hongliang, the Group's deputy general manager for operation, Fan Hongyan, the chief economist, Wu Donghui, the chief engineer, Zhang Yue, the safety director, and Zhang Fenghua, the person in charge of Tianjin Company, combined their respective work, put forward requirements and conducted in-depth personnel docking on the project's material price risk control, real name service system control, quality whole process management, safety whole process management, and on-site risk control measures to ensure the smooth implementation of all work.

As the person in charge of the 012 Project Department of Jinrun Branch, Zhang Zheyuan, a young and energetic person, expressed that the Fengshu Project has great challenges, but greater opportunities. Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
