On September 28, the "High end Heavy Truck Smart Factory Technical Transformation Project" contracted by the Group Company completed all construction contents in the contract and accepted the completion acceptance of the quality supervision station of Huairou District Commission of Housing and Urban Rural Development of Beijing. The project is invested and constructed by Beijing Foton Daimler Automobile Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Daimler and Foton. It is the second largest manufacturer of high-end heavy trucks in the world, with an annual output of 60000 vehicles. Hengli Branch of the Group is responsible for the construction of the project, with the contract amount exceeding 200 million. The project was started in November 2020, covering pile foundation and equipment foundation, steel structure, office area decoration, external wall insulation, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, intelligent, fire protection, etc. It has many specialties, large project volume, tight construction period, and is also affected by the epidemic. Hengli organized an elite management team to strictly control equipment and materials and adhere to safe construction. According to the mandatory provisions, the project has accepted various tests and safety functional inspection, and all of them are qualified. The construction technical data are synchronized with the site, and the collection of relevant quality assurance data and supporting documents is complete and effective, which has been highly praised by the owner, management company, supervisor, design and quality supervision station, and also highly appreciated by Daimler. The successful completion of the technical transformation project of the world's second largest high-end heavy truck manufacturer marks the further improvement of the Group's construction capacity in the automotive industry.
