The Group successfully won the bid for Qiying Warehousing Project in Humen Port, Dongguan

On December 16, the Group successfully won the bid for the storage area project of Qiying International Express Customs Supervision Center in Humen Port, Dongguan, with a single bid winning amount of more than 500 million yuan. The project is located in the core area of Dongguan City (Humen Port), Guangdong Province. The main structure is a five storey warehouse, with a total building area of nearly 170000 m2 and a total height of 58.5m. The maximum span of a single warehouse is 17.1m, and the maximum span of a single platform is 24.8m. Both the height and the span are among the top in domestic warehouses. In the process of project bidding, the participating units are all strong and the competition is extremely fierce; The team of Hengli Branch of the Group in charge of construction visited several multi-layer projects in China on the spot. After several times of communication, adjustment and evaluation, it stood out from other competitors and won the unanimous approval of the owner's review. Finally, it won the bid successfully, and the contract amount also set the highest for the single construction of Hengli Branch. At present, the construction team has entered the site and will put into intensive construction as soon as the construction permit is issued. The person in charge of the Project Department said that this project would accumulate valuable construction experience for the Group Company and Hengli Branch and lay a solid foundation for undertaking corresponding projects in the future. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed.
