In order to meet the needs of industry development, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and practice ability of project management personnel, and cultivate practical management talents, the "Qi'an Cloud Classroom" comprehensive project management training after the 2023 Spring Festival officially opened in the conference hall on the 4th floor of Qi'an Building on the morning of January 30. Yin Weidong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group company, delivered a speech at the opening of the class. Nearly 1000 people of the company participated in the training online and offline.

In his opening speech, Chairman Yin Weidong fully affirmed the training effect and management achievements of "Qi'an Cloud Classroom" since its launch, and expressed his sincere gratitude to the relevant departments and internal trainers who had carefully prepared for the smooth launch of "Qi'an Cloud Classroom". Chairman Yin praised that the comprehensive training after the festival has become an important starting point for the company to gather project management, and that the "cloud classroom" has become an important means of Qi'an post-festival training and a highlight for the company to build a learning-oriented enterprise. The participants are required to listen carefully, experience carefully, and apply what they have learned, so as to really improve the project management level, and play a positive role in achieving the company's refined project management and promoting high-quality development.

Subsequently, Zhang Yue, the safety director of the Group, launched the first training in 2023 with the theme of "Safety Management of Temporary Electricity Use at Construction Site". The head of the Safety Equipment Department and relevant personnel respectively conducted professional training on "Safety Management of Temporary Electricity Use", "Safety Management of Work at Height", "Scaffold Safety Management", "Safety Management of Hoisting Operation", and other contents. Through in-depth analysis of actual cases, the trainees were educated to respect the norms, Establish the awareness that the safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai, abandon the "experience (blindness) doctrine" and "borrowing (plagiarism) doctrine", do a good job in the preparation, approval, acceptance and technical disclosure of the on-site temporary electricity construction scheme in combination with the actual situation of the project, strengthen the safety control and hidden danger detection and treatment during the construction process, and put an end to the occurrence of safety accidents. On July 30, the Jiangsu Provincial Installation Industry Association convened an experience-sharing conference on installation project management for 2026 in Nanjing, which was attended by representatives from our group.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.
