Subsequently, Zhang Yue, the safety director of the Group, launched the first training in 2023 with the theme of "Safety Management of Temporary Electricity Use at Construction Site". The head of the Safety Equipment Department and relevant personnel respectively conducted professional training on "Safety Management of Temporary Electricity Use", "Safety Management of Work at Height", "Scaffold Safety Management", "Safety Management of Hoisting Operation", and other contents. Through in-depth analysis of actual cases, the trainees were educated to respect the norms, Establish the awareness that the safety responsibility is more important than Mount Tai, abandon the "experience (blindness) doctrine" and "borrowing (plagiarism) doctrine", do a good job in the preparation, approval, acceptance and technical disclosure of the on-site temporary electricity construction scheme in combination with the actual situation of the project, strengthen the safety control and hidden danger detection and treatment during the construction process, and put an end to the occurrence of safety accidents. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
