Installation of process equipment for the construction project of the remanufactured tobacco production line - comprehensive inspection by the group
On November 26th, the comprehensive inspection team of the group company conducted an inspection and guidance on the installation of process equipment for the Shanghai Tobacco Recycling Tobacco Leaf Production Line. The project is located at No. 19 Dongfang East Road, Taicang Port Development Zone, with a newly built joint workshop of 19785.64 square meters. The construction is undertaken by Jiangsu Qi'an Fifth Branch. Based on the principles of "lean, efficient, and optimized organizational structure", a project manager with high technical level and years of practical experience, as well as various professional technical personnel, have been selected to form the project management department. The construction content involved in this project includes the installation of mechanical equipment, process pipelines, and electrical systems. The process includes the installation of complex core mechanical equipment such as extruders, vibrating screens, homogenizers, and fiber reducers. There are many technical indicators such as elevation, levelness, coaxiality, perpendicularity, and parallelism, and the requirements are high. The horizontal tolerance of the squeezing machine is required to be within ± 0.5mm relative to the reference point, and the rotational torque of the vibration motor bolt of the vibrating screen machine is 300nm. The project department has formed a professional technical team and selected high-quality construction teams. After careful planning, organization and coordination in the early stage, many difficulties such as complex process and high installation accuracy requirements have been overcome. Currently, all indicators meet the requirements of the owner, contract and specifications. The inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the on-site entities, materials, and other aspects, and had in-depth exchanges with the project department on construction safety management, technical improvement, quality optimization, strict national and regional standards and policies, and attention to detailed node construction. This fully affirmed the professional characteristics and technical advantages of the project department in the tobacco industry, and hoped that the project department would continuously improve its professional construction technology level, pay attention to the construction of detailed nodes, strive for excellence, and achieve industry leadership!
