On December 2, the group company's major inspection team came to Qidong Yinyang Marine Industry Shipbuilding Industrial Park for the key technology research and development and industrialization project of the deep sea floating wind power foundation. The total construction area of the project is 28460.28 square meters, with a contract amount of 84.8 million yuan, and it will be constructed by the 12th branch company. The project mainly includes the construction of six individual units, including a surface treatment workshop, a painting workshop, a structural workshop, an outfitting workshop, a Class A warehouse, and Warehouse 2; The main structure includes a 54 meter span grid roof and a 42 meter span portal steel roof; Reconstruction section: 3F and 4F workshops of the main factory building (300T/500T roller frame track foundation, plate rolling machine foundation, 200T flatbed car track foundation, heavy-duty floor, etc.). After listening to the project report, the inspection team conducted a detailed inspection of the physical quality, on-site safety, engineering data, safety ledger, real name management, and other aspects of the project. They had in-depth communication with the project department personnel, and each line made suggestions on the details of the site and data. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
