The group company organizes financial themed training
On November 30th, the group company organized a financial themed training on "standardizing accounting, improving financial report quality, and strictly controlling tax risks". More than 300 financial personnel from the company participated in the training through an "online+offline" approach. Chen Hongxing, the manager of the group's finance department, gave an in-depth lecture on accounting and financial report quality, with rich and easy to understand teaching content; Huang Lifang, the director of Nantong Ruibang Taxation Firm, gave a lecture on tax risk assessment and how to prevent related risks based on relevant cases. Trainees have expressed that this training has strong guidance and pertinence, striving to combine the training content with practical work, continuously improve business capabilities, and provide financial support for the resilient development of the group company. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
