In early December in Dongguan, with a warm climate, the cross-border e-commerce warehousing project with a construction output value exceeding 500 million undertaken by the Hengli branch of the group is under intense construction. Under the care of Gu Hongjiang, the head of the branch company, Yang Jianhui, the project execution manager, led the technology innovation team to focus on project technological innovation, process updates, and "small inventions" and "small creations", achieving remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency increase. Only three independently developed lantern frame construction technological innovations have saved more than 3 million yuan in human resource costs. Currently, this technology is applying for a national patent. As early as 2015, Hengli Branch has been following the requirements of the group company, utilizing technological innovation methods to improve the quality of construction in progress and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase. All project departments with conditions shall establish QC teams to seek cost reduction paths for key and difficult points in the construction process according to factors such as personnel, machinery, materials, methods, environment, and measurement, and improve each process. And adopt the approach of "mentoring apprentices", inherit craftsmanship, and activate QC. In recent years, Hengli Branch has won 2 provincial-level construction methods, 1 second prize in the BIM technology innovation competition of the provincial installation industry, 13 national level QC achievements and various award-winning QC achievements, 3 award-winning papers, as well as the China Installation Star and Shanghai Jingang Award special prize. Hengli Branch's approach of reducing costs and increasing efficiency through scientific and technological innovation is worth learning and learning from by other branches of the group, and jointly contributing to the resilient development of Qi'an.
