On November 28th, the Provincial Conference on High Quality Development of the Construction Industry was held in Nanjing. Wang Hui, Deputy Minister of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and Xia Xinmin, Deputy Governor, attended the conference and delivered speeches. The group company, as the only representative of a construction enterprise in Qidong, was invited to attend the meeting.
The conference awarded medals and commendations to the "Top 100 Enterprises" in Jiangsu's construction industry, and Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group Company, took the stage to receive the award. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
