In order to implement document No. 31 of the Group (2018) and rectify the situation of tax inspection, Nanjing Company organized a financial and taxation exchange meeting in Ningxia on November 28. More than 40 people from branch companies, project managers and financial personnel in the region participated. The leaders of Nantong and Run Tax Firms were invited to give detailed tax guidance. The participants had a heated discussion from five aspects: value-added tax, enterprise income tax, starting point for raising personal income tax, stamp tax and group financial system. In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
