With the rapid development of network information technology, the construction industry is transforming and upgrading from the traditional extensive management mode to the direction of digital and fine management. The Outline of Informatization Development of Construction Industry 2016-2020 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Construction in 2016 puts forward that "the construction management mode and cooperative working mechanism under BIM application conditions should be studied, and the project management information system based on BIM should be established". Based on the application of BIM technology and industrial pipeline construction management system for many years, the group company puts forward the subject of "research and development of industrial installation project management system based on BIM technology". The project is headed by General Manager Lu Fei. The R&D team is composed of relevant personnel of Petrochemical Company, Bem Company, Chen Yongfu Project Department and Hangzhou Nord Software Company. The Group Technology Center is responsible for defining the research objectives of the project and assisting in coordinating the work of various professional groups.
After thorough discussion by the Scientific and Technological Committee of the Group Corporation and approval by the company's leaders, it is believed that an enterprise needs continuous and steady development and can not do without the development and application of high-tech management system. The management system proposed to break through the traditional industrial installation management mode, through BIM technology integration design, construction, operation and maintenance stage information, in order to achieve information sharing, standardize project management, improve management efficiency, improve the quality of enterprises play a positive role in promoting, worthy of research and development.
On November 15, the first meeting of the research group was held in the conference room of the group company. The meeting discussed the research direction of this topic, the main work contents of each professional group, coordination and contact methods, and reported some basic information collected in the earlier period. It is determined that the group will be divided into four professional groups according to different work contents. The technical center of the group company will coordinate all professional groups and work together under the specific guidance of general manager Lu Fei. Among them, Beim company is responsible for model design, construction and adjustment, exploring design process; Petrochemical company is responsible for drawing up information management framework of equipment, electrical and instrumentation, studying material coding rules and determining coding rules; Chen Yongfu project department is responsible for analyzing the requirements of the operation and maintenance stage of facilities, formulating operation and maintenance management framework; Nordsoft Soft. This company is responsible for the construction of project management system and the information exchange between model and management system. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
