On Feb. 14, the Group organized a symposium on technology and quality management for technical leaders of regional companies. At the symposium, the Engineering and Technology Department informed the company about the implementation of technology and quality management system in 2018 and the experience and lessons learned in engineering excellence creation. Everyone has a full exchange and Discussion on the project excellence, the signing of project management responsibility, project basic management and so on. Form the following consensus: for engineering excellence: to improve the system of excellence creation, change the existing mode of excellence creation, from "passive excellence creation" to "active excellence creation"; at the same time, to do a good job in the planning of excellence projects, process control, collection of project highlights, scientific and technological innovation and other content; to do a good job in post-declaration, to screen the declared projects, so as to achieve excellent selection. For the signing of the project management responsibility document: the project management responsibility document is in line with the requirements of the current laws, regulations and norms, is the all-round understanding of the project by the group company, and is the basic requirement of the project management. We should do a good job in propaganda, education and supervision, and actively promote the signing of project management responsibility documents. For project basic management, we should pay attention to the management and control of project quality management behavior. Quality inspection pays attention to quality management behavior inspection. Only good quality management behavior can have good entity quality.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
