On August 18, Jiangsu Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development announced the list of the 14th batch of green building evaluation results in 2020. The group company's "building a of Kai'an building in Nantong" has achieved good results, becoming the only project in the province that has been awarded three-star design logo. "Qi'an building" is based on the "three-star green building standard of Jiangsu Province" as the design basis, combining with the characteristics and conditions of the project itself, focusing on the four aspects of "land saving and outdoor environment", "energy saving and energy utilization", "water saving and water resources utilization" and "indoor environmental quality control". Besides, geothermal resources, solar energy, light guide lighting, rainwater reuse and adjustable are also considered We should make full use of green technology such as sunshade. On July 16, the science and technology development center of the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development organized an expert group to conduct on-site review on the green building design scheme of "Qi'an building" submitted by the group company. The advanced green design concept and rigorous and excellent data were fully affirmed and unanimously recognized by the expert group, and passed the review smoothly. In the next stage, the group's Infrastructure Office will require the project department to carry out construction in strict accordance with the green construction requirements, so as to ensure that the "Kai'an building" will be built into a green, energy-saving, environmental protection and intelligent modern office building, and highlight the good corporate image of Jiangsu Kai'an.
