Group Shanghai company carries out special inspection on wage payment and real name service system
On September 9, the Group Shanghai company carried out a special inspection on the wage payment and real name labor service system for the Kesi project of Jinwei branch. The inspection contents include whether the on-site management personnel sign labor contracts and pay social security, whether the general contract payment system for migrant workers is implemented, whether the wages are directly paid to the bank wage card of migrant workers through the special account for migrant workers' wages. The inspectors also communicated with the real name system management personnel of the project department on how to avoid violations. At the beginning of September, Shanghai company issued a notice according to the real name system management requirements of the group company and in combination with the practical manual of Shanghai construction labor wage management, requiring the project department in the region to do a good job in self inspection and self correction of the wage payment of migrant workers and the implementation of real name labor service system, and carry out relevant special inspection by means of random sampling, so as to ensure the effective promotion of real name labor service in the region and prevent model labor Business disputes occur.
