On March 29, the Engineering Department of the group headquarters and Nantong company came to Qidong sports center to carry out project excellence guidance. The Guidance Group has a detailed understanding of the project progress, excellence creation planning, construction difficulties and highlights, physical quality, etc. of the project department, and puts forward the existing deficiencies and subsequent improvement plans according to the Luban Award Evaluation conditions and excellence creation control points. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
