On August 14, Tianjin group company carried out training on project completion materials for all project departments in the region through nailcloud classroom. The quality safety personnel of Tianjin Company summarized the collection of regional project completion data in the first half of this year, again publicized and implemented the project completion data management system (No. 24, 2018), and guided the collection of special equipment data and the application of the new module function of data collection of OA platform. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
