Jinrun branch's "cloud classroom" project management series started

On the afternoon of October 18, Jinrun branch organized a series of project management publicity activities in the training center on the 13th floor of the group. Nearly 400 people from Jinrun headquarters, heads of project departments and front-line managers of projects under construction listened to and watched through the "cloud classroom". Song Hongliang, vice president of the group and head of Jinrun branch, delivered the opening speech. He pointed out that the publicity activity is an innovative measure for Jinrun branch to deeply implement the spirit of the group's mid year working meeting, which aims to further focus on project management, strengthen risk prevention and control, and implement the working policy of "three insistences and three transfers" with practical actions. This series of publicity activities are rich in content and highly targeted. They are taught by heads of relevant departments and offices of the group, personnel of tax departments and professional lawyers, and involve six aspects: safety and civilized construction, quality and technology, finance, labor real name system and legal affairs. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
