Jinrun branch of the group carried out special inspection on the installation of special equipment before the festival

From December 6 to 10, Jinrun branch, together with the Engineering Department of the group, conducted special inspection on the project departments involved in the transformation, maintenance and installation of special equipment under construction. The inspection team has successively visited five special equipment construction projects involving steam pipeline transformation, pressure pipeline and pressure vessel installation in Nantong, Xuzhou and Jining, Shandong, focusing on the employment of special operators with certificates, notification of special equipment installation, approval and disclosure of construction scheme, welding process assessment and application of instructions Inspect and guide the compliance of welding items of pressure pipeline welders with certificates, and put forward requirements for the deficiencies of on-site entities and engineering data. For the problems found, the inspection team requires relevant project departments to come up with practical rectification measures, and reply to Jinrun quality and safety department in writing with photos and words, so as to form a management closed loop, promote the continuous and stable development of safety production at the end of the year, and welcome the arrival of "double festival" with a good safety attitude. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
