Shanghai Fubao storage tank project of the group was successfully capped
On January 18, two tanks of n-013tk02 / n-018tk03 tank project of Shanghai Fubao Port Co., Ltd. were successfully capped. More than 30 representatives of the construction unit, the supervision unit and the construction unit attended the capping ceremony. The project is the first petrochemical EPC project of the group company, and Dongcheng Branch is responsible for the construction. The project is a construction while production project with high safety management requirements and great difficulty. Before construction, detailed JSA analysis and safety technical disclosure must be carried out. All work must be issued a work ticket divided according to the risk level and carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of the work ticket. In the process of construction, it also needs to be inspected by many parties. Technically, timely work with the design department to come up with a targeted treatment scheme according to the actual situation of the site, which shall be implemented after being confirmed by the owner, so as to solve the problems in site construction in a timely, effective and targeted manner. The project department overcomes various difficulties and adverse factors in the construction process, optimizes the construction scheme, reasonably adjusts relevant human resources and mechanical equipment, and realizes the milestone node of capping two storage tanks with safety and high quality, so as to lay a solid foundation for the timely completion of later projects. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
