On the morning of March 20, the "Qi'an cloud classroom" 2022 project management training series officially opened. Yin Weidong, party secretary and chairman of the group company, delivered the opening speech. Fan Hongyan, chief economist, presided over the activity. Nearly 500 people of the company participated in the training online and offline.

In his speech, chairman Yin Weidong fully affirmed the positive role of "Kai'an cloud classroom" in the group's education and training work in the past two years, and became a new highlight and business card of Kai'an training work under the epidemic situation. Through the in-depth analysis of actual cases, educate trainees to fear norms, establish the awareness of quality as life, abandon the "experience (blindness)" and "taking (plagiarism)" doctrine, do a good job in the preparation, approval and technical disclosure of construction scheme in combination with the actual situation of the project, strengthen the control of construction process, and eliminate all kinds of engineering quality accidents.
