The group won a national science and technology progress award

On April 11, China Installation Association issued the notice on publishing the selection results of science and technology progress award of China Installation Association in 2022 (Zhong'an Xie [2022] No. 8). The mechanical and electrical installation project management system based on BIM Technology Applied by the group company won the second prize.

Under the leadership and guidance of the group company, the achievement was jointly developed by the technology center, petrochemical, Jinwei and other branches and Hangzhou Nord software company. A research group was established in October 2018. After two years of development work, it has made phased achievements and passed the evaluation of the science and Technology Committee of the group company in August 2020. This achievement combines BIM Technology with information management system, focuses on the general contracting mode of the project, studies the information chain connecting the design, procurement, construction and maintenance stages from the vertical dimension of time, integrates the professional data of equipment, pipeline, electrical and instrument from the horizontal, and gives full play to the role of data and information in the management of engineering construction process, which can comprehensively improve the fine management level of the project; It has successively won the first prize of scientific and technological innovation of Jiangsu Installation Association in 2021, published 3 technical papers in professional journals, obtained 2 computer software copyrights, and won the second prize of scientific and technological progress of China Installation Association for the group company.

Casa science and technology award is a science and Technology Award established by the Ministry of science and technology in accordance with the relevant provisions of relevant national regulations (Order No. 10 of the Ministry of science and Technology), which belongs to the national science and technology award sequence. The award is the highest science and Technology Award in China's installation industry, which represents the advanced technical level of China's installation industry. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
