1. After winning the bid for the project, the electrical construction workers should deepen the drawings and not blindly follow the direction of the drawings; The specifications and sizes of cables and cable trays shall be improved to meet the use standards and specifications.

2. During the bridge construction, it was found that the three-way reducing elbow of the bridge was purchased as finished parts. It is suggested to cancel the supply of finished products for the next project and let the construction team make them according to the actual situation on site.

3. The piping of the air conditioner valve group in the general assembly workshop is fabricated and installed on site. It is suggested that the next project can be prefabricated in the processing plant, and only needs to be bolted to the site.

4. On the site of electrical lighting piping in the general assembly workshop, the piping shall be completed before threading. It is suggested that piping and threading can be carried out simultaneously in the next project to save manpower and material resources.

5. All pumps and valve groups in the complex station can be prefabricated in the processing yard, and only need to be installed on site.

6. Too little glue was brushed during the thermal insulation construction in the general assembly workshop, which resulted in internal water accumulation due to long-term temperature difference. It is suggested to carry out relevant work disclosure before the construction of the next project.

7. The wages of subcontracting teams must be paid first to the workers and then to the subcontracting boss.

8. In terms of the use of machinery, it is recommended to calculate the machinery cost and send it to the subcontracting teams for their own control to avoid waste in the use of machinery.

9. For threaded copper valves below DN50, special open-end wrenches must be used, and pipe wrenches and other tools are not allowed.

10. Specify some construction details in advance, such as the scope of finished tee of welded steel pipe, the connection mode of pipe, the type of support, etc. It is better to set a sample section in advance to avoid material and labor losses.

11. Before the installation of the pipe support, the spacing of the pipe and the reducing position of the pipe must be clear to avoid the drilling of the support in the later period.

12. The biggest impact on future projects: modular hoisting shall be adopted as far as possible, and the site shall be easy to process and assemble. See the attached figure for details.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
