The Group Shanghai Company organized an online civilized construction site excellence observation activity

On December 14, Shanghai Construction Project Safety and Quality Supervision Station held the 2022 civilized construction site excellence observation activity, and the Group Shanghai Company organized local branch companies and project department managers to conduct online observation. The activity carried out live broadcast on four observation sites in different periods, with special personnel leading and explaining the characteristic content of civilized construction of each site and answering the online questions of the observation personnel. Relevant videos and illustrations of the four sites can also be viewed through the observation platform. The person in charge of quality and safety of Shanghai Company required all branches and project departments to learn from the excellent practices of site observation, further improve their own safe and civilized construction level, actively carry out the work related to the establishment of civilized construction sites, and make more new contributions to the improvement of the overall project management level of the Group Company. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
