For each project, Gao Xiaoli and his party organized and held a symposium on the publicity and implementation of the work report of the General Meeting of Shareholders to unify the staff's ideas, strengthen their confidence in development, and convey the work requirements of safety management, quality control, technology improvement, real-name management, etc; Sign the "Project Management Responsibility Statement", and carry out education and training on the preparation of project planning, preparation of dangerous and large project plans, and filing of completion data according to the characteristics of the project while carrying out the resumption inspection; Check the labor contract signing, real-name attendance record and uploading, personnel salary distribution and other work of the labor force, distribute the real-name management operation manual prepared by the Group for new projects, and answer the personal income tax and other issues concerned by the Project Department.
