On June 30, Qidong City held a forum to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and a commendation meeting for "two excellent and one first" in the city administrative center. The Party committee of Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. and the Party branch of Tibet Qi'an Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. were commended as "Qidong advanced grassroots party organization"; Yin Weibiao, vice president of the group company and head of Maosheng international engineering branch and Secretary of the Party branch; Huang Jianfei, vice president of the group company and head of the fifth branch and Secretary of the Party branch, was awarded "Excellent Communist Party member of Qidong City"; Li Weiwei, Secretary of the Party branch of the first branch of the group, was awarded "excellent party worker of Qidong City". In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects.
