In the autumn of 2014, I first came to Qidong. At that time, due to personal reasons, I changed my job and came to Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. my understanding of Qi'an group was limited to the praise of friends and peers. I didn't know that Qi'an was a huge enterprise with many companies. Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. was born in the 1950s, It is located in Qidong City, the famous "hometown of architecture". Since 2009, it has won the first place in the installation category of top 100 construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province for 11 consecutive years, and has been rated as excellent construction enterprise in Jiangsu Province and "typical enterprise of integrity" in China. As time goes by, I have entered the society for many years. This time, I hope to integrate into Kai'an group. When I was recruited by Kai'an company, I did not hesitate to fill in the form and successfully entered the company.
As soon as I joined Kai'an, the receptionist familiarized me with the company's environment. My first impression was that the company was strict and orderly. Looking around, the environment is beautiful and orderly. The employees they met were all dressed in uniform. Another feeling is that the enterprise is formal. The soul of the enterprise is not a high-profile slogan, but the culture revealed by these details. Later, I gradually realized that my understanding of Kai'an was just a glimpse of the leopard on the wall and a corner of the iceberg.

The word "know each other" is originally an emotional communication between people, but only Qi'an people deeply understand that Qi'an group is also a man and a giant. We just stand on the shoulders of the giant to talk with him, understand him and reflect our true self.
Two days after the interview, I was on pins and needles. I knew that Qidong Group Co., Ltd. was very strict in selection, and I was afraid of losing my name. Fortunately, on the third day, Zhang Yu was looking forward to passing the information, and he was more than happy to think about it. Since then, he has more responsibility to make Qidong group better. Check in the next day and start training after entering the company. From the scale of the enterprise to safety knowledge, the most common sentence I heard for three days in a row was "safety first". When the leader said "I would rather give up production, but also to ensure the safety of workers", I nodded repeatedly. This is the humanistic concept of corporate culture, the life supremacy conforming to the times, the management rhythm deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the human feelings spanning interests. At the end of the training, everyone was not tired, but excited to try and show their skills. I think everyone also heard the call of the giant of Kai'an group. Then we were assigned to each branch and started to build a real platform to let him stand higher and see further.

People who come to a strange environment for the first time will feel nervous and anxious. However, this is not the case at all. There is an exception - Golden Sunshine Branch. When I first came to the branch office, I realized the warmth and warmth. The members of the branch office were close to each other, helping each other, and working in a hurry and conscientiously. At rest, they laugh and have no respect or inferiority. I don't know the tiredness of cooperation, and I don't know the afterglow of talking and laughing, which makes me eager to integrate. Later, I was arranged to exercise in the project. On the first day of the project, the help of my colleagues and the care of the leaders made me feel like a spring breeze. Although we have been psychologically prepared, the complexity of the process still makes the newcomers dumbfounded. In order to let us grasp it as soon as possible, the branch company distributes learning materials for us and checks them regularly. In the project, we are also assigned a master, who takes a quiz in three days and a big exam in five days to urge us to make progress. The master is more serious and responsible, and explains every detail carefully. A few years later, we have basically completed the tasks assigned by the company. Although we are vivid, we know that what we have learned is only superficial. We still need to make unremitting efforts to learn, enrich and improve ourselves. This is also our responsibility for our work.
In the future, we will face more difficulties and challenges, but looking at the resolute expression of the new people, I understand that everyone will choose to stay with this giant. From then on, we will share the honor with each other and never give up. I also believe that with the joint efforts of my colleagues, Kai'an will flourish and enter the next glory.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
