On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, the company has carefully organized and arranged this red study tour. On the one hand, it is to let us personally experience the necessity of Party education, on the other hand, it is also to actively respond to and participate in the calls and activities led by Party construction. I have deep feelings and awe for the exercise of this red tour. Now I share the learning experience of this red tour as follows:
1、 Self reliance for the benefit of future generations.
Taihang Mountain stretches for thousands of miles. At that time, such a magnificent water conservancy project relied on the unity and struggle of the party and the people and the pioneer of the exemplary role of Party members. Since the founding of new China and even the early days of the birth of the party, whenever China was suffering, the party always appeared around us and shared the same fate with us, Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, we can overcome drought and open canals, but what were their tools for opening mountains at that time? A hammer and a pick; How did they solve the problem of food and clothing? They rely on fixed rations and spiritual food. When they are not full, they dig wild vegetables and fish for water and grass; Under what circumstances do they rest? Is to live on a cliff and sleep on the ground; Relying on the only resources and the spirit of self-improvement, we can benefit future generations and get rid of the hardship of drought and water. This may be the reason why the red flag canal spirit can be passed down from generation to generation.
2、 Struggle hard and seek survival among the cliffs.
It's hard to flatten 1250 mountains, erect 151 aqueducts and dig 211 tunnels. I'm afraid only the "soldiers" who have fought for ten years can really tell. Understand, the 300000 strong "Drought Resistance Army" led by the Communist Party of China has opened up the eighth miracle - the red flag canal between the cliffs, The excavation of the youth tunnel shocked me most. The 600 meter long tunnel was made of quartz stone as hard as steel. The names of the responsible persons of each pile section are still clearly visible. Their determination was amazing because they knew how cruel the "mechanical struggle" caused by fighting for water was, so they were not afraid of the hardships of hammer and pick, They resolutely choose to paint mountains and rivers with their hard-working hands and swear that they will succeed!
The party flag refers to the aspirations of the people, let alone the Communist Party where there are difficulties. Hard work has been the precious spiritual support of the Chinese nation since ancient times, which is reflected incisively and vividly in the red flag canal. We praise the "great achievements" of great men, but in the new era, we should fulfill our duties, be modest and cautious, and stick to our good traditions.
3、 Unity and cooperation, fierce battle and natural danger.
A person or a group can lead to complete a task, but it is not possible for one or two people to complete a task. Tens of thousands of victims are combined because of a common goal. It is incredible that 300000 people have completed such a huge project in ten spring and autumn. It depends on indomitable determination and inseparable unity, With the party's correct leadership policy, the important thing is how to implement it. The division of labor is clear. The diligent generation has drawn the 1500 km "life canal" bit by bit. They have proved that there are no insurmountable difficulties with unity. How can they do bad work if they think and work hard in one place?
4、 Selfless dedication and taking the lead.
There were also sacrifices in this "battle" for the sake of the party's advocacy of the cause and for the sake that generations are no longer trapped by water. They sacrificed their lives. Ren Yangcheng, leader of the rescue team, Li maode, President of the health center, Wu Zutai, one of the designers of the red flag canal, and so on. Although their lives stopped, their spirit of selfless dedication and great deeds were inherited, It has deeply influenced generation after generation. As Chairman Mao said, "a single spark can start a prairie fire". I think these great men who sacrificed for the motherland and the party's cause are "a single spark". It is their high fighting spirit and unrepentant revolutionary spirit that illuminate the broad road of new China's development and ignite the great rivers of the motherland!
On the contrary, in this new era, our conditions are much better than those at that time. We should cherish the "prosperity" created for us by our predecessors and future generations. As an activist joining the party, we should more deeply understand the internal essence of the spirit of the red flag canal, actively move closer to the party organization in the future, restrain ourselves with the party's rules and regulations, and give back the party's care with actions, Actively carry forward the civilized spirit of red flag canal - self-reliance, hard work, unity and cooperation and selfless dedication, actively practice the fine traditions of the Chinese nation in future work and life, do their own work well, and constantly encourage themselves to be a person who contributes to the company and society!

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
