Chongming Guorui project is now in the delivery stage, Qi'an building project is ready for completion acceptance, and Lihe garden project is in the main construction stage. Diehu project is preparing for the final completion acceptance, and the enterprise is developing well.
Jinkun branch:
In 2021, the output value is about 380 million yuan, and the new contract amount is about 246 million yuan. The project adopts SSGF full cast-in-situ external wall aluminum film climbing frame system and high-precision block thin plastering process. Successfully hosted Maoming 2021 National Quality Month activities and safety, civilization and quality observation meeting. Qinzhou Xingyue Bay project phase I won the Qinzhou safety and civilization demonstration site and high-quality structure site. At the same time, it undertook the "quality month" activity of Qinzhou housing construction system in 2021, which made Qian image beautiful.
Jinhengyuan branch:
A total of 7 project contracts were signed throughout the year, including 2 housing construction projects, with a construction area of about 200000 square meters and an output value of about 280 million yuan, exceeding the annual work plan. Implement the project responsibility system, strive to implement safety and quality measures, and build a standardized and civilized construction site in ronghuai'an city for Wuyue square project in Xuyi new town.
Jingang branch:
Country garden's main partner and management team in Jiangsu are young and energetic. They perfectly combine aluminum formwork construction with plastering free construction, setting a model for country garden's new process construction. In recent years, it has gradually tried to use all steel climbing frame construction above small high-rise buildings, so as to realize the double harvest of civilized and efficient operation on site. Implementing the management concept of "sincere management, diligent compensation, teamwork and good deeds", country garden · S6 Jiangnan family phase I bid III project was awarded the standardized star construction site in Jiangsu Province.

Recently, the No. 8 Compliance Zone Construction Project for Upgrading and Enhancing Urban Wastewater Treatment in Qidong City—undertaken by Dongrun Company of the Group—successfully passed its completion acceptance after nine months of tackling tough challenges. At the completion site, the project team received banners from the neighborhood committee’s property management and resident representatives, bearing messages such as “Tackling Tough Challenges to Upgrade the Pipeline Network—Separating Rainwater and Sewage for the Benefit of the People” and “Separating Rainwater and Sewage Relieves Residents’ Worries—Precision Work Builds Happiness and Warms Hearts.” These weighty honors represent the highest recognition and the warmest reward for all the builders of Qian’an.
