On the afternoon of February 28, the group's Jinshun Tibet company held a working meeting at the beginning of the year in Lhasa, attended by more than 200 managers of the branch and heads of the project department. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the fourth shareholders' meeting of the third session of the group company. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board, delivered a speech by video. He fully affirmed the excellent achievements made by Tibet in the past decade and thanked the employees of Qi'an in Tibet for their positive contributions to building a beautiful Qi'an brand and building a beautiful Tibet. The chairman hopes that according to the strategic deployment of the group company and under the leadership of the branch and regional leaders, Tibet Kai'an will pay close attention to the project construction, highlight the social responsibility and make greater contributions to "stability, development, ecology and strengthening the border". Song chunjue, the person in charge of Jinshun branch, also put forward work requirements to the participants by video; Shen Yan, the person in charge of Tibet, made a work report entitled "taking advantage of the trend, focusing on efforts and striving for high-quality development", summarizing the work in 2021 and deploying the work objectives and tasks in 2022. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
