On March 30, the Party committee of the group company held a discussion and mobilization meeting on ideological style construction in the conference room on the 12th floor of the headquarters. Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board, presided over the meeting. Lu Fei, deputy secretary of the Party committee, general manager and other senior leaders of the group and heads of functional departments and offices of the headquarters attended the meeting. Secretary Yin Weidong stressed: at present, there has not been a big change in the past hundred years, and COVID-19 has been frequent. Projects in Shanghai and other places are in a state of shutdown. The construction industry is facing severe grim situation. The discussion on Ideological Style Construction organized by the Party committee of the group is not only the need to actively deal with the current difficult situation and seek survival and development, but also the need to deepen the spirit of the style construction meeting of the headquarters and regional companies. We must recognize the situation, unify our thinking, mobilize all staff of the group headquarters to effectively enhance their confidence in overcoming difficulties, enhance their ability to prevent and resolve risks, enhance their sense of responsibility, further refine their work style, never forget their original intention, unite, tide over difficulties and work pragmatically, so as to lay a solid ideological foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of the group company. The group's party construction instructor interpreted the discussion document of the Party Committee on the construction of ideological style (Su Qi'an Dang [2022] No. 3). The purpose of the discussion activity is to remove the ideological obstacles on the way forward of the group company, reduce the negative factors in the team, cultivate internal skills, improve work style and improve service quality. At the end of September, the Group's Safety Equipment Department dispatched teams to regions including Nantong, Suzhou, and Nanjing to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection focusing on large-scale machinery ahead of the holiday period. The inspection specifically targeted tower cranes, construction elevators, suspended platforms, material hoists, unloading platforms, scaffolding, and other critical areas, promptly identifying multiple potential safety hazards. Safety Director Zhang Yue emphasized that each project must assign clear responsibilities and set specific deadlines for addressing the identified risks. Meanwhile, the relevant regional offices and branch companies are required to provide full oversight throughout the entire remediation process, closely monitoring both progress and quality to ensure all identified hazards are thoroughly addressed before the holiday. This proactive approach aims to prevent any safety incidents and safeguard a safe and productive working environment.
