How to correctly exercise the rights granted by the group?
I always believe that what the group gives me is not power, but trust and responsibility.
In the management of our Tianjin regional company, the behavior of "taking a card and asking for it" has been strictly prohibited over the years. Although we don't have many staff, we manage many projects. We are positive and optimistic, have a correct working attitude, and are more self-monitoring, set an example, focus on practical service projects, and put personal interests behind. During the epidemic period, we were isolated due to inspection projects. We can only eat two meals a day, and the best dish is chicken legs, which are once every two days, Later, in order to better manage and serve during the epidemic, I directly lived in the project for more than 20 days, eating and living with the workers. I don't feel bitter. I feel that only in this way can we really play the role of our region. Seeing that many project departments have achieved good results at the end of the year because of our management, I am even more proud of them and gratified by our efforts, In my job description to every new employee in Tianjin, I will say: "we are sent by the group company for management. It is strictly forbidden to take a card in the process of project inspection or service. If you find it, please report to the human resources department of the group company!". As the saying goes, "eating people's mouths is short, taking people's hands is short". For example, how can we manage the project well if we "take a card" at work?! How can we complete the tasks assigned to us by the group company?! How can we contribute to the development of the group? (zhangfenghua)
