The group company has gone through several decades since its establishment. In recent years, due to the influence of macro-control policies and the repeated epidemic, the group company has encountered twists and turns in its operation. Several units of the main real estate business are facing difficulties and need help. Individual units with poor management are trapped in the mire and difficult to save themselves. All these require us to be vigilant, slow down and examine the road we have traveled. From the perspective of the overall environment, the difficulties we encounter are the problems faced by the entire construction industry. Therefore, we should not only firmly establish our goals, but also reasonably adjust our operation mechanism, optimize the existing business structure, strictly control real estate projects, make efforts to give full play to traditional advantages, expand and strengthen installation projects, and selectively participate in government public construction and high-quality real estate enterprise projects, Let the enterprise transition from the initial high-speed expansion to steady growth. While vigorously developing business, it is very necessary to properly compress the internal expenditure of the enterprise, so it will inevitably bring about the adjustment of personal income. In the past ten years of high-speed operation of the group company, our employees have enjoyed the dividends brought by the enterprise reform and development. At present, when the company is experiencing a low tide, we should also bear the responsibility of everyone. Back in the 1990s, Qi'an also went through a tortuous road full of hardships. At that time, the entire construction market was depressed, the company could not make ends meet, and was on the verge of bankruptcy. At the first staff meeting at the beginning of his tenure, the chairman of the board of directors asked us to start from ourselves, make great efforts to save costs, and strive to make a turnaround within five years. Under his leadership, taking advantage of the spring breeze of reform, all Qi'an people went through hardships and hardships, and finally walked out of the mud and swamp until today. The history is so similar. After 20 years of reincarnation, now the enterprise encounters rough waves and temporary difficulties in navigation; History will not simply repeat itself. To survive in adversity, we cannot rely on watching and waiting. We all in Kai'an need to give full play to everyone's intelligence and make joint efforts to create a new history. As an employee of the enterprise, I should and must start from myself, establish a firm belief, firmly believe that the cornerstone of our survival is still there, and the spirit of hard work has not been lost. We should have a unified understanding from the ideological point of view, be highly obedient from the political point of view, be consistent in action, be strict with ourselves from the style of work, share concerns and solve difficulties for the enterprise, and overcome difficulties together. We believe that under the leadership of the leading team of the group company, we will be able to get out of the difficulties, tide over the difficulties, and move towards new glory.
2、 Correctly understand the relationship between the collective and the individual, and look down on gains and losses.
I am an old employee of the group company. It has been more than 30 years since I started working as a young man. In the melting pot of Qi'an, I worked and lived with my colleagues and co-workers. The years were hard, but I still felt the collective warmth. Here, my life track is interwoven and extended with the group company; Here, I grew up with the group company. The rapid development of the group company has also brought me a stable income and reflected my life value. From the bottom of my heart, I have regarded Kai'an as another home and closely linked myself with the fate of the group company. Kai'an needs my screw, and I need the big family of Kai'an even more. In this big family, I have my own demands, but I should also know how to give. As far as my personal income is concerned, it must match my contribution. If I fail to meet my expectations, I should first reflect on whether my work is unsatisfactory, whether there is a gap with the requirements of the leadership, and more motivate myself to make corrections and improvements in future work. In the face of collective difficulties, as a member of the Kai'an family, I should care less about my personal gains and losses, and be duty bound to do what I should do to work harder for the future of the enterprise and for my own better tomorrow.
3、 Establish correct values and correctly use the power granted by the group company.
I have been working for so many years. With the instructions of my leaders and the exhortations of my family, I have always been able to maintain an ordinary mind and work quietly. No matter in work or daily life, keep a certain distance from subordinate units and contractors, so as to make friends between gentlemen as light as water, do not seek personal interests, and do not covet money. I understand that my colleagues and I are shouldering the arduous task of escorting the large ship of the group company. I am well aware of my great responsibility and dare not slow down the pace of moving forward. When I truthfully feed back the real situation of some enterprises and deal with some thorny problems, I sometimes suffer criticism or even rough treatment. I can adjust my mentality in time, take it lightly, and be open-minded. I feel that the so-called power in my hands is by no means a tool for rent-seeking, but a trust and a responsibility entrusted to me by the group company. I must cherish, cherish and make good use of it. If I have achieved the self-discipline and responsibility required by the chairman of the board of directors in Shanghai company, then in my new post, I must ensure that the land preserver has methods and achievements. In this regard, I am still far from the trust and requirements given to me by the leadership. I should master more abilities and skills in business, strengthen my study at ordinary times, and strive to improve my business level. At the same time, I should abide by professional ethics, keep in awe of my work, and resist all kinds of temptations; In terms of improving personal accomplishment, we should have three perspectives, understand the law, and know the honor and disgrace. All these need to be explored, learned, and improved in our future work. Time waits for no man. Seize the day.
